Meet our staff! All of these wonderful people take care of our animals with the utmost care and compassion.

Noelle Howland, Executive Director/Shelter Manager – Noelle is a graduate of Unity Environmental University. She leads the team at the shelter using her experience from working at Northern Berkshire K9, co-founder of Mutt & Strutt, and being a manager at the Friends of Eleanor Sonsini animal shelter. She is a true animal lover at heart, having 4 dogs, 2 cats and 4 rabbits at home.

Lauren Bartlett, Kennel Assistant – Lauren currently works at Planet Fitness and an Elementary School along with helping us out at the shelter. She has previously worked at the Friends of Eleanor Sonsini animal shelter as well.

Anna Lewis, Kennel Assistant – Anna recently graduated from MCLA in December, 2024, and is heading to graduate school in the Fall. She has experience pet sitting and helps in all areas of the shelter. She also works at Waubeeka golf course on the side.

Rebecca Navin, Kennel Assistant – Rebecca spends most of her days as a Hemodialysis Technician for Berkshire Renal Dialysis. She also works at Love Us and Leave Us along with helping at No Paws. She has previous experience working in the shelter setting having worked for the Friends of Eleanor Sonsini animal shelter.

Maya Niemeyer, Kennel Assistant – Maya is studying Psychology at Bryant University. She has handled dogs at Northern Berkshire K-9, Greylock Canine Club and the Friends of Eleanor Sonsini animal shelter.

Rileigh Norcross, Kennel Assistant – Rileigh recently became a licensed Esthetician after graduating in Latham, New York. She has experience pet sitting and continues to do so on the side when not working with us. She also works in the kitchen at Boston Sea Food.
